  NO, but we are well versed in Section 8.

• Are you licensed?

  YES.

• Can I reach you after hours?

  YES.

• Can you put the money directly into my account?

  YES.

• Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

  We are licensed to sign leases but if you prefer to sign that is available to you. Whether we sign or you do, it is always available to view in your owner’s account.

• Do you sell real estate too?

  YES.

• How and when do I get my money?

  ACH, Mid-month is typical.

• How is rent collection handled?

  Online.

• How long of a lease do you sign?

  Generally 1 year but can make exceptions if needed.

• How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

  FULL MONTH +

• How soon can you start managing my property?

  IMMEDIATELY.

• What type of properties do you manage?

  Primarily Residential.

• What type of reports do I get and how often?

  Generally we send a financial statement once a month. And then end of year reports. There are many reports available within our system to fit your needs.

• Who holds the tenant security deposit?

  Customizable to your needs.
