We are licensed to sign leases but if you prefer to sign that is available to you. Whether we sign or you do, it is always available to view in your owner’s account. -

How long of a lease do you sign?
Generally 1 year but can make exceptions if needed. -

What type of reports do I get and how often?
Generally we send a financial statement once a month. And then end of year reports. There are many reports available within our system to fit your needs. -
